Hi again, I emailed @EA_Grasshopper , hope they answer so I can get my purchase back.

It is noteworthy that on the same day I bought a gift twice that I could not get the first one.
Sadly @EA_Grasshopper can't make something here only EA assistance can help you to recover your missing content.
