Re: Key code already in use (PLEASE HELP!!)

No your solution hasn't worked! I followed the steps... When I right click on the game in the origin client it pops up with "supported platforms", Last played, Added to my library and product code. I put the serial code as my product code it hasn't worked it does not display serial code only product code. When I put the product code in as my serial code it pops up with the same message "key code already in use" What can I do to resolve the problem I am happy to give my origin user-name and password to help with the situation!

    Please don't give us your login details, especially not publicly. 🙂 Just to check, can you see the game on the Origin My games list? It'll look like this:

    Is so, can you launch/download the game? Or are you having issues within the launcher? If so, you don't need to enter a new account, just use your Origin email and password.

    If the game doesn't appear at all you'll want to contact support, who can look into the code issue for you. Be sure to keep the key/code to hand.
