Thanks @Karantula73!  can I ask, have you cleared the cache for the game? It may be worth trying a reinstall also after clearing the cache. If you have your account linked to email, Facebook or Google Play you will be safe to reinstall. I've found an error on your account and will raise it to the team but let me know if clearing cache and resintalling helps in any way. Thanks!
