@Dieplinde1969 Just a quick note; there were issues with the synchronisation between the Steam Workshop and the game's servers, but they were looked into and fixed somewhere around the 15th of January.

So if you re-publish maps that didn't get uploaded correctly due to this, you can reupload them now to get them synced correctly, making them usable in multiplayer.

That said, I have no idea what that game crash would be caused by, or why it would cause maps to be deleted.

Thank you for your reply.
I forgot to say, that my problem was solved automatically. A few days later, my disappeared maps were already under my user defined maps.
Maybe it has to do with the fix around the 15th of January.
In the next days I will try a reupload with the map, which caused problems and has never appeared before.
