Re: None payment option is working and EA customer service have totally broke down

Case 1:

As you knew (some) ; boku already not work since a month ago.
EA said : Contact Boku for assistant.
Boku said: Sorry EA do not accept boku from your country!!!

Case 2:

Ok if that what happen, i try my Debit Visa : "Sorry we canot confirm your Credit Card"

Case 3:

Fineee.. I try Credit Card Visa: "Youve experienced error code NU2001. This means there was either a problem processing your billing information or the transaction. If you continue to see this error please contact EA Help via the game-specific HELP link for assistance."

Dont make another new world until you fix that!!!!!

It really not a smart move.

    I have exactly the same problem as you, EXACTLY the same. I'm from Peru, well boku doesn't work, i try credit and debit cards, the same. And i don't know even why, i have used them in a lot of videogames (like LoL, TERA, PWE) but EA just doesn't want my money...

    There is nothing we can help with as far as payment issues are concerned. For credit card issues, you will have to contact our support so that they can help you troubleshoot issues.

    Its works again, thanks to CnC forfixing this.

    Please dont let this happen again, my suffer also yours (i think)
