Re: Opponents built extremely fast without harvester
If you do not use tech units and only use cheap units that cost 10 to 60 Tiberium, you can play without a harvester. Units like rifleman, wheels, drones, attack bikes, talons, ect.
Also, every time that he kills your harvester, he is getting a Tiberium bonus so that is why you keep seeing his Tiberium number jump up.
Also, there is a cool down cap that slows the speed at which you can build units. It is based on how many units you already have on the field. You have 2 harvesters. Those 2 harvesters count as units on the field. Since he isn’t running harvesters, he can put out 2 units quicker than you since now he can have 2 extra units on the field. Every time you kill one of his units, he’s allowed to build another one faster than you.
For example. Let’s say that you have 2 harvesters and 4 units. He has 6 attack bikes and no harvesters. You kill 3 sets of his bikes but he quickly builds 3 more to get back to 6. You on the other hand only lost one unit. To build 2 more units to get to 7, it’ll take you longer for that 7th. Meanwhile, you keep seeing him pump out units. That’s because you are killing his faster.
Not sure if that makes any sense to you but basically his units are cheaper and because they die quicker, he can easily replenish them. You have to wait until you lose one and then when you do, it’s expensive so you have to wait until you have enough Tiberium.
