Nope. EA has stopped supporting this game a long time ago. They won't add any new features now. However you can share your saves manually by going to C:\Users\LOGINNAME\Saved Games\Red Alert 3 if your using Win 7/Vista or C:\Documents and Settings\LOGINNAME\My Documents\Red Alert 3 if you have Windows XP. Then you can select your save games and copy and distribute like normal files, using dropbox, Google Drive, USB keyes or whatever.
