Rebuilding a harvester costs nothing. As long as you have fewer units on the battlefield than your opponent does, you get to build your next unit faster (the "cooldown" between building units is shorter when you have fewer of them).
- correct. Bottom left is your pop cap bar.This fills when a unit s built, and empties when a unit dies. Green means you can rebuilt the lost unit almost immediately, yellow is it takes a few seconds, and red is very slow to rebuild.
