@mikeyV0825 This thread is ancient though. Nowadays I'd just advise installing the RA2/YR installer from http://cncnet.org - even if you're not interested in multiplay, it comes with a bunch of automatic fixes that'll fix up the singleplayer game too.

If you want to play the campaigns though, don't launch it through the CnCNet launcher; it's meant for multiplay. Just install the CnCNet stuff and then start the game normally.

Thank you for this - I have literally tried everything and nothing has worked. My fingers are crossed that this option does the trick.
