I put the game disc in, my laptop reads the dice and it come up with the install menu, I click install and nothing happens

Please follow these guides for installing Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. They are indirectly linked to in the top-most pinned thread in this very subforum.

These games are quite touchy to install, so make sure you read these guides carefully, and take note of the last two sections referring to running them on Windows 8.x and 10, as well as changing resolutions.
