do this contact EA directly at Help center
1. click blue help center link at top of the page
2. in get help section the right clicl contact us link
3. type your problem in the search bar and hit find solutions be patient
4 fill in any blanks and hit find solution use CnC Red Alert 3 Account Management and then PC
5 then at the bottom right click the button I still need help
A live chat box should open Mine said there was a 20-25 min wait
it took about that long for them to respond, let them know the problem be sure you have a origins account what will happen is they will reset your account and you will download the game through Origins online so uninstall your old version before
