You can redeem the code on Origin to add the product to your library. In fact, it's in the FAQ:

There is no "link to download it", though; after linking the game to your account, you can download and install the game through the Origin client program.

Its not letting me, it says "this code had already been used. FAQ"
But nobody else could have used it as I am the one who purchased the game and i have the code on the book.
Well... this is a mostly volunteer-driven forum. Most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees.
For key-related issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into the internals to solve such things.
