Which Red Alert game are you talking about? There are three, and the only one actually called "Red Alert" is the first one, which is freeware.

Red Alert 3 has no mac version on Origin...
Specifically, it has a mac version, but there's no digital download version of it. so, try to find a physical copy, I guess.
