Re: SCRIN as a new faction

I promise this will be the last SCRIN post I'll make.

Buzzers- Basic 10 tib infantry. Have their speed set to fastest and give them sniper type damage, meaning they'll quickly kill Infantry while dealing minimal damage to vehicles. Buzzards will attack by occupying the same tile as the enemy, but they can't force enemies off in this way. They also cant move onto a space currently held by an aircraft. A shallow health pool also means they're very weak to Snipers, MG squads, Venoms, and Talons.

Shock Troopers- Not to be confused with Shockwave Troopers, these guys travel in groups of 4 and fire disks of super heated plasma. Statistically similar to the Rocket and Laser Squad, not much difference.

Disintigrators- A heavier class of infantry. They travel in groups of 2 and use their lasers to deconstruct enemy armor. Most effective against ground vehicles and will be your best option against vehicles. Each one explodes on death, dealing massive damage to any enemy unlucky enough to be occupying the same tile as them.

Ravagers- Travel in groups of 4 and shoot shards of Tiberium, shredding enemy infantry and aircraft. Mediocre damage against vehicles.

Cultist- Hear me out, a unit that can mind control other units from 2 spaces away...

BUT they can only control units that cost 50 tib or less. They also don't deal any damage of their own and have a shallow health pool. It takes 2.5 seconds to control an enemy unit and Cultist must stay within 2 tiles to maintain control. They can only control 1 unit at a time.

Gun Walker- Light armor vehicle that fires lasers from twin barrels. Statistically similar to the NOD Buggy and Rhino, strong against infantry.

Seeker- Light armor vehicle that fires superheated plasma disks at the enemy. Statistically similar to the Pitbull, strong against vehicles and aircraft.

Devourer- A tank that fires lasers as it moves. Slightly less health than the Predator and Scorpion tanks, but can repair itself if left idle in Tiberium or Tiberium Gas.

Corruptor- A unique unit that regurgitates a deadly toxin on to enemies, which will kill infantry very quickly. The Corruptor is bulky, but somewhat slow.

Tripod- The Daily Tripod walks on 3 legs and has 3 "arms" to attack enemies with lasers. Can attack up to 3 adjacent targets, strong against vehicles and structures.

Stormrider- A fast aircraft that can target both ground and air targets. Has light armor, strong against infantry and aircraft.

Devastator Warship- A slow moving aircraft that fires superheated plasma disks at targets up to 2 spaces away. The disks deal damage to tiles between the unit and it's target. Strong against vehicles and infantry.

Shard Walker- A stronger version of the Gun Walker. This varient uses Tiberium to deal even more damage to enemies. Basically the equivalent of the GDI Wolverine and NOD Widowmaker. Strong against infantry and aircraft.

Reaper Tripod- Similar to the normal Tripod, but has an added EMP effect on adjacent vehicles.

Planetary Assault Carrier (PAC)- A large, slow moving aircraft that deals damage to ALL adjacent enemies. Strong against infantry and aircraft.

Mastermind- Has low health and deals no damage, but can mind control ANY unit up to 2 spaces away. Mind control takes 1 second for every 50 tib the unit cost. (Ex. A 100 tib unit will take 2 seconds to control.) 

Mechapede- Has a very large health pool and can slowly heal over time when out of combat. The Mechapede will change it's DNA to fit it's environment. After it has killed a unit type (infantry, vehicle, or aircraft) it will change it's weaponry to be more effective against that type in the future. A Mechapede that adapted to fight tanks will be less effective against infantry and aircraft.

Annihilator Hexapod- Can trample infantry and has plasma disks to destroy even the most armored vehicles. If ordered to move to a location 4 or more spaces away, it will prepare itslef to teleport there instead. Takes 3 seconds to successfully teleport. The most expensive SCRIN unit, made to match the Avatar and Mammoth Tank.

General abilities

Ion Storm- Creates an Ion Storm that occupies one tile on the screen, making it unusable to both allied and enemy units. Only StormRiders may move into an Ion Storm. Lasts for 20 seconds.

Teleport- Instantly teleports any allied unit to another unoccupied space on your side of the screen. Can't be used on missile pads.

Phase- Puts any unit, allied or enemy, out of phase with our dimension. This makes them immune to all damage but also makes them unable to attack. Lasts for 5 seconds.

Mothership- Targets 1 tile and, after 4 seconds, fires a laser. If the target is destroyed all adjacent targets will explode, spreading explosions like a virus. Stops when there are no adjacent targets to spread to.

Meteor- Calls down a meteor onto a single space, dealing heavy damage to any hit. Leaves behind a tile of Blue Tiberium that can be harvested for bonus money. Blue Tiberium deals more damage over time than regular Tiberium and will not react with Jade's Catalyst Missile.
