It worked! Your installer worked fine. Scroll speed is normal now and the hud fits the screen much more now. Thanks alot 🙂

The config tool I mentioned is the patch in the second link. Sorry for confusing

    There could only be one thing that could cause the fast scrolling and that is the Graphics patch which is enabled by default but can be turned off via the config tool
