Oh and I sign in at all times, before, minutes before, after. I think buddy is right that it does final reward at the same time as reset. I’m a very active player, 1% er in both nod and gdi, so I don’t really miss days.

I've had a look into this and from what I understand, the final login reward would have been available to claim on the Tuesday, the day before Season Reset. You both appear to be active players, logging in daily in the run up to season reset, so it should have been claimable the day before. Is it possible you missed one day at all? If you miss a day, the daily reward does not move on to the next day, it remains on whatever one is next in line to claim, so if you miss say 3rd day of rewards, you will claim that 3rd day next time you log in and continue from there.
With that, I have raised this for further investigation, especially as we have the screenshot of the timer. I'd recommend reaching out directly to our support team if you want any further potential compensation, you can do so directly in game by navigating to Settings > Help or visiting help.ea.com. Thanks Grasshopper. I believed I didn’t miss a day this time, last month I did, so I didn’t fuss. But life gets busy so there’s always that potential. Thanks for letting us know how to get direct help with support.

I dug in a little deeper and it looks like you missed out on one of the logins, specifically August 26th, there's a gap of 37 hours between each daily login collected. Which is odd cause it looks like you did log in on that date at some point but maybe before the next daily login triggered? 🤔 If you find this occurs again, please reach out to me, we'll be keep a close eye on this anyway.
