Re: Unable to access my account

Hey @1161385 and @GrowL222 am I right in saying you/your friend are both unable to access your account that you have made progress on? Just so I understand, have you reinstalled the game and now can't access the right account? You need to play through the tutorial again to restore accounts. Had the account your trying to access been linked successfully to Google or other previously?

    I've tried the uninstall and logging in after the tutorial  No luck with that. My account was linked to my Google play account. It's not anymore. My friend's account showed up instead not mine

  • I am having the same problem. Its been a few days trying with EA to fix it. The worst part is I had them agree to refund a purchase to my new account but I had deleted that one also, in attempt to understand how and why accounts become unacceptable. "Use this account" screen. other device/unnamed account. "Progress from your other account will be lost"  I dont understand how they dont get it.

    Hey @GrowL222 you're friends account showed up instead of yours? Did you friend log in to Google Play on your device at any point? The best course of action is to reach out to customer support at help.ea.com and someone should be able to assist.
