Hey @Zeroloss78 thanks for reaching out. The Vault filling up is intended and cannot be prevented and unfortunately can only be opened after season reset. Regarding getting to help, this has been raised and will be fixed in a future update! If you go to open Help a second time it works, but not the first. Thanks again!

    Sounds like a we just got screwd. I lost 10crates. That be 150 cards towards next vault  purchase  Being so cheated  I now have  no plans to buy the vault or buy any more diamonds.    Be sure I will be spending my game allowance elsewhere..  As i was counting on end of season to push it over the top and get a head start on next one not be cheated out of rewards
