Red Alert 2 and Tiberian Sun from Command and Conquer The Ultimate Collection not starting

Do you see the splash screen when you are trying to start the games?

Do you have the latest Direct X installed?

    I just directly get these errors and got the latest DirectX (11). The thing is that the solutions that go around here worked for me at Tiberium Twilight but it doesn't at these to.

        Just notice now that I didn't give them, should have been in the first post, my bad.

        Tiberian sun: One or more DLL files were missing or damaged. Please reinstall.

        Red Alert 2: ***FATAL*** String Manager failed to initilaized properly
