Red Alert 2 base game not loading

I have been playing the Red Alert 2 base game this last few days, but since yesterday I have been unable to boot up the base game, Yuri's Revenge works, but not the base game. everytime I select the base game, the EA app pops up and says game need to be repaired, it look like its repairing, but when I select the base game again after its "repaired", the app pops up *again* and says the game needs to be repaired.
