Red Alert 2 Small Resolution w/ Window 10

I played the C&C ultimate collection using Windows 7 with no major issues.  I updated to Windows 10 and the in game resolution is now fairly small on my 24" monitor.  Does anyone know how to increase...

It helped, but the game shows about 5 fps so it makes the game unplayable.

@SonyERNI In the same section as Nyerguds mentions ([Video] in RA2.ini) try to insert the line "VideoBackBuffer=no".
