It is 16bit depht of color. It has nothing to do with your x64 OS! If you can set it to 32 it would be better but this is an old game so i don't know if is has this option
@Rotblut I changed it to 1366x768 in RA2.ini file then opened the game ... The menu was same but the game was fully fitted to the screen but sadly its giving me bad fps i mean really bad fps

The CnCNet installer for RA2/YR fixes all that stuff automatically, btw. It's meant for multiplay, but if you just install the CnCNet stuff and then run the game normally (and not through CnCNet's launcher) you can benefit from the same fixes in the singleplayer game. And I believe if you do start the cncnet launcher you get the option to tweak graphics options in their own config tool.

Two questions, Please and Thank You. New to these forum things so (63 YO that loves YR) apologize if I'm not doing it right. I own the CnC set from Origin. I'm on the Win 10 platform. I would like to be able to load a version of the game locally to play offline. I really only play Yuri's Revenge against the computer. So here's my questions. Will the CnCNet installer for RA2/YR play offline and how many add on programs are loading to my PC if I chose to install it? The "agreement appears to have multiple other pieces of software be loaded at the same time. Thanks for your time!
