Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge Skirmish Maps

I downloaded the ultimate collection through Origin, and when I go to select a map to play Skirmish in Red Alert 2 or Yuri's Revenge, the only options are "Random Map" or "Cancel". For some maps, clicking "Random Map" selects the map. Most maps are unable to be selected. There is also no option to create a map, which is disappointing. I tried installing patches, but "the file cannot be found" and the update doesn't go through. I have no clue how to fix this. Thanks in advance for any help given.

I am running Windows 7, 64bit.
