Got a reply.... take a look, after I explained everything this is what I get

I have the same problem
In game C&C Red Alert 3 i cant login in ... I see "The account was not found". I buy game on steam

So after a month of back and forth with EA support still no solution. They got me to run some diagnostics programs.
"You are actually experiencing quite a bit of connection loss and slowness, later in your connection path to us. Because this is before you even get to our server, there really isn't a whole lot that I can help you trouble shoot with." -EA Customer Experience
It seems they cant find a way to solve this problem. They recommended I get in touch with my ISP but that cant be the problem as my housemate can play just fine. My ticket is now closed.
Im getting a new laptop in about a month, if the problem goes away I'll update this. - Anonymous12 years ago
