Red Alert 3 crashing during Skirmish after attempting to fix

I have tried changing compatibility to Windows XP and Windows 7 16 bit color is set Ran as administrator Origin in Game is off Graphics are set to medium In game resolution is still 800x600 Com...

    FOUND THE SOLUTION!! It's not the missing C++ Redits. Installments, Its not Direct X9, It's not modern CPU Issue, It's not a Settings issue, It's not Compatibility Issue, It's not a Win10 Update Issue... Guess what it was!?
    I had to Whitelist the application at my Anti-Virus :eahigh_file: (I'm using BitDefender)

      uninstall the game complete 

      uninstall anitvirus 

      or stop all antifirus . windows defender 

      then reinstall it 

      it should work fine
