Red Alert 3 Will not launch
When i try launching red alert 3 which i purchased through steam the game simply will not launch no splash screen at all the process runs for about 10 seconds before it force closes itself it doesnt...

I found the solution after reading from many complains online.
1. Go into advance setting in Firewall.
2. Under "Outbound Rules", create a new rule.
3. Select "RA3.exe" in the Red Alert 3 folder as the target program.
4. Select "Block the connection".
5. Create a name for this rule. And after that, you should be able to run the game.
