Summarize your bug Red Alert Countries appear to be bugged and non-functioning, specifically USSR cost reduction. I have no way of verifying if the others are bugged as there is no way to test them easily.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up a red alert skirmish or multiplayer game. Select USSR. Start. Prices are not reduced. Load up a red alert skirmish or multiplayer game. Select Ukraine. Start. Prices are the same as Russia.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bonus does not apply
What do you expect to see? USSR units and buildings cost 10% less. Other countries need to be verified.
