RedAlert2 Setup Not Working
I recently purchased Red Alert 2 CD, I am trying to setup the game on my new laptop which uses win8.1 64-bit and the problem is that the setup file refuse to run and let me setup.

I tried opening the setup from the CD myself, also tried compatibility mode, downloaded needed DirectX 9, checked for update for KB3086255 but it is not installed on my windows updates
Nothing worked for me, setup still not launching after clicking it
Which compatibility modes did you try? And, did you run the setup as administrator?

I tried all compatibility settings and running as administrator, also while searching i found that the setup files does no longer work in windows 8/10
