Redeem Code of Red Alert 3

Hi, you should be able to just log into your account (inside the game) using your email address that you initially redeemed the code on. Note that your Online ID is your Origin Login name.

Do you still have issues if you use this method?

thanks for your help. So, you said that I need to buy again the Red Alert 3? Because, when a friend of mine lost 2 accounts of blizzard games, the blizzard company found the accounts and reformed them, the only requirement was to tell the CD-KEY your product had. EA, cant do the same?

 well I can join online, but that's not the case. My account doesn't have online Rating Points no matter if I win matches or not. It says matchmaking points -- .

So, I figure it out that if I redeem my CD-Key at the origin account I would earn mmrp. But, when I try to redeem my CD-Key at the existing online-account, which I entered to play online matches, it says that it's already been used.

Ah, thanks, I misunderstood and thought you couldn't play online at all. If you're able to get online, then it looks like the code is registered.

So the issue is that your rating isn't updating? Is your rank changing? Are your matches being recorded in Track Record>online?

Yeah the Rating isnt updating at all, its like zero. In my match History there isnt Rating at all... So I guess that some of my friends when I gave them the game has registered the CD Key...
