redeem product code wont load for me

I thought it was due to me being on beta but i downgraded to normal Origin and nada ... The window for Redeem Product Code ... just keeps on spinning.. Please help.

there have been like 20 topics on this already, Redeeming is down at the moment and is being worked on.
