Registration code already used

At what point does this occur. Are you able to launch the game through origin? If so, what account are you using to log in? Please use your Origin login on the main login page.

Unfortunately, the games aren't swappable, as the registration code will be applied to a personal account. The disc itself just contains the world info, but the game access is tied to the code.
