Relocate player Cooldown

My alliance and I have completed a sector jump twice.  I need to be able to jump with them for a third time but my relocate player button in not active.  When I Hover over it a information window pop...

    At this point, I think your best option is to get in touch with a Game Advisor and see if they can provide assistance.

hi all,

can i ask someone to post what all the cooldown times are as we know the first 3 tiers

but i have a tier 4 cooldown on my acct so is there more than this , do they keep getting bigger

this is information which is really needed , as i can share with my alliance as we are in a war situation and this info is quite important to know

are the tiers

1= 1Day cool down

2= 3D

3=7D

4=14D

5=21D

or is it different from this and if so can they be posted
