How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click Launch in replay menu - it downloads replay file and does nothing with it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game downloads replay file and does nothing with it.
What do you expect to see? Play replay after downloading it.
Disabling all Windows Defender options fixed issue for me.
