The same issue has just occurred and in this one, it actually shows a different outcome than what had actually occurred during the real match, rather than the units simply freezing.
It was a ranked match that happened to be versus a clan mate. I conceded the first missile and managed to come back and take the next two missiles for the win. The outcome in the replay shows my clan mate managing to take both missiles and beating me, ending the game there, when in reality it was a much longer game with him not getting that second missile.
