Restoring Command and Conquer Rivals Mobile Account

Hello,  I need help regaining access to my Command and Conquer Rivals account.  I have been playing Command and Conquer Rivals for nearly 5 years, on the iPad.  My account was linked to both my e-mail and my Facebook, and I play nearly every day.  I reinstalled the app on my iPad this week and when I went to restore my account, my linked e-mail and linked Facebook were no longer working.  This has worked many times in the past, but not this week for some reason.  Please help me restore my in game account, I know it can be done because I have several friends who EA helped to restore their accounts when a similar technical issue occured.  Thanks!
