Nearly 2 years 6 months since the last balance patch for CNC Rivals.
Take note all, EA will not respect your spent money, they can't even dedicate one person for a couple of hours to follow an easy copy-paste job of changes. RIP Rivals.

A tournament for the most popular players [many who quit years ago] is being hosted on September 28th.

This would be a good time to consider doing a balance patch to recapture players while attention is back on the game. Code changes required for patch here.
