I used to counter them quite effectively with $10 drones. Now since they upped the price of the drones to twenty bucks, I can no longer counter them until I reach hi tiers units.
Devs. Why such hate for GDI? The increase to 20 bucks now really puts the favor on NOD. They weren't powerful to begin with and any missile or laser trooper could easily take them out.
MarineCpl. Thanks for the reply. Just wanted to clarify...The thing that made me post this in the first place is the fact that a middle or laser trooper CANNOT take them out. A scarab can literally walk up, charge and blow up your infantry and at a lower level too(level six scarab vs level 9 missle trooper). To me that’s ridiculous. That’s not how they are designed to work. They are supposed to be siege/defensive units and if they are being used as attacking units. that’s simply wrong.
