Scarabs rework proposal
Not sure if discussed in past but want to talk about SCARABS. Only current early game hard counter are snipers. But they come at level 54 and scarabs are at 44 so that’s already terrible set up. Two ...
In theory the damaging flame sounds bad; in practice it's usually simple enough to fly an anti-inf aircraft over it, run an anti-inf vehicle through it, or run anti-inf infantry around it. 🙂
You might also want to know that any pro (I'm not a pro!) can tell you that Scarabs have been considered NONcompetitive for a long time. Scary for newer players when they look at it on paper but a joke for most in practice. And not just because Snipers. Standard meta is to rush the two basic infantry/later on doggos became an option/and now cyberwheels - that's standard meta for a good reason. 🤓
I tried to trade it with talon by flying over it but it doesn't work. One scarab left.
Xrm my point exactly. Once they are in position, way too hard to take out. And they zone out huge areas with choke points with all these maps at platinum and diamond level with rocks in the way
I see it's because talon turns. If it flies straight it will success. Talon has a ridiculous slow turning rate.
But doesn’t talon cost more or at least as much as a scarab?
