Setting up new account

Hi, I currently have a linked account on my phone (ea and googleplay) and everything is great. However, I have a younger family friend that likes to play the game on my phone. But to put it gently, he loses a lot of my medals when he plays. Is there a way for me to set up a second account on my device that I can switch to when I let him play? If so how do I set it up so I can swap without deleting my info?
