shockwave and flame troopers have the exact same DPS and HP. Don't rely on the numbers advertised in the stats page. A shock or flame on defence at equal levels up to -1 level will win against an attacking shock/flame. A +2 attacking shock/flame trooper will win against a -2 shock/flame on defence.
