Showdown a pay scam??

so from what i am seeing is that youll only get 100 gold if you dont buy the premo that you won.  I dont know about other players but this feels like a scam you pull more money out of its players

this was a really bad idea and needs to be shut down ASAP.  it doesnt matter how many times you get to play it for free its just designed to pull more money from the players

EA is very much trying to manipulate people psychologically. At first, you always got the rewards fair and square. Then they introduced the premium path, which was done to manipulate you into thinking "aw, those should have been mine".

@punishertrd Anyway, what is your point at all? Just making accusations and pointing at thing far from eachother? Your main post and comment doesn't make much sense.

We knew that the microtranzaction marketing of EA is built only to be addictive in most cases and you said nothing new.

  • I think all the setting are great for this event. Just enjoy playing whatever you want like there is no reward and no cost.

It costs only 100 credit (150-50 rebate) to re-try, even if you cannot win much, at least you gain 50 credit each game you play as usual, so basically there is no loss. You can pay for better reward at the end and the reward is greater than what the diamond can buy.

Another good point is it has a low level cap, so you can try different combination without spending a lot to train the units.
