Sidebar menu not displaying and in game menu options not changing.

I have a similiar issue. the sidebar remains transparent.

I have a issue in the game menu too.

    This is why I prefer consoles. 

    first time I’ve bought a PC game in well over 15 years. Won’t be bothering again.
