Sidebar menu not displaying and in game menu options not changing.

Here is what I did:
1) Right click on desktop, open NVIDIA Control Panel (https://imgur.com/eZo16dT)
2) Go to the Manage 3D Settings section, select "High-performance NVIDIA processor" (https://imgur.com/dbvnI9Y)
3) Play with the menu bar visible 🙂
