Considering the new GDI unit, will not make any sense having sniper's anymore, the shattered unit is totally helpful from initial phase until late game. Why sniper's can shoot vehicles??? I know .50 can do a hole in a tank, but allow them to shoot aircraft!!!!! This will make more sense, and renewal the sniper's strategy in game. Oooooor make it 3 range shoot!!!! Reducing the damage, maybe.
my suggestion just add ability like scarab, can attack all units, stats and price remain the same.
ATM Snipers are useless to hunt cyborgs and Zone troopers
Um, necro post... is this legal on this forums? Snipers can't defeat zone/cyborgs unless they kite them. Suggestion, give sniper bullets ability to pierce targets. If a sniper team aims at a zone, both zone troopers take damage; if its a different squad, the bullets hit 1 or 2 soldiers and narrowly miss other squad members.
