Steam C&C Remastered: Multiplayer Servers Down or Unresponsive

Summarize your bug Multiplayer servers down. This issue is not just being experienced by me. My friends are dealing with it and in the multiplayer rooms to start a game multiple people I spoke to have been dealing with this issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to host and start a game. After the host starts a game it will permanently display "Connecting to Server" and will never actually start the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game gets stuck with "Connecting to Server" displayed on the screen and never proceeds to the final loading screen before a game starts.
