stop responding, slow to respond in match

Question

after playing for sometime i found that using a microsd card that ain't UHS-II (U3/V60) is slow for all apps and the device in regards to performance. I can't play on my moto x play because during a match the battle just halts then after less then 20 seconds the match ( so it's been that long) resumes play. It will replay quickly ( catch up) what has been happening while it stop responding then i lose the battle for waiting, and not doing anything.

i have removed the app and installed it again.

i have cleaned the mobile device.

i have removed all apps that i can.

i have charged and restarted the device.

i have used mobile wifi, and cellular data.

i just wonder if it's a download and sync error with in the app, or a hacked match.

@MayorBig&nbsp;This sounds like a connection issue, have you run through any troubleshooting steps on your device? Are you playing on wifi or data?

oh! probably wifi interferance? like I can do anything about it.

@MayorBig&nbsp;Try the basic troubleshooting steps for your device, turn off any other background apps and other devices in the house. Can you try playing on Data to see if it makes a difference?&nbsp;
