Subsitution violation/Marker BUGS

Substitution error.

I am unable to substitute for anybody I see a popup telling me rules have been violated but none of the stated rules have been broken.

This game is so buggy, not only this but markers cause the game to crash and I wonder why I pay for funds in a game that is hardly working anymore.

What are the solutions to these 2 problems?

    Please see the post here for information on getting support for Tiberium Alliances. 

    We can only troubleshoot issues related to the account or billing sides of the game, Envision takes care of the in game aspects.
