Today I attempted to log in to my CCTA account to play. The site would not accept my user and/or PW. Then it said I needed a longer PW than the one I had always been using. So, I changed the PW. Now...
Called EA tech support in Austin, TX...
Turns out my account got hacked. Guy there straightened it all out. Amazing, I put in an email request to be contacted about the problem. Within 5 minutes I was called at home, and the tech stayed on with me for about 25 minutes getting everything corrected.... he was AWESOME.
