Hi @EinarThePillager and thank you for raising this.
We've tried to reproduce this today but were unable to do so. Do you happen to have a video of it by any chance?
Nope, but I do know how I did it. I started pressing the lower left corner repetitively even before I was paired with an opponent in a match, hoping that I would instantly surrender at the first frame and spook my opponent to what has happened. Instead the button froze. I'd try to see if I can reproduce it in a bot match.

EA QV Team
Thanks for the update and additional details, good stuff.
We've managed to reproduce it now internally and flagged it with the dev team.

Which development team? We the players are getting the impression that there is nobody left who is working on this game.
If there is a development team, how can they be contacted?

Maybe the development team is so tiny that they have barely any room for updates. Its more likely that the 'team' is in-charge with server maintenance. Maybe there are only 4 to 5 developers in the game left and only 1 can update the game; the rest simply maintain the servers. I bet at the peak of this game's development, there would have been around 20 or more developers. EA sure is slowly liquidating their assets on this game. Someday, there's only one person maintaining the servers.
