Thanks for the quick reply. I'll keep an eye out for it. I didn't receive the "claim" message, so, hopefully, I will still end up getting the rewards.
EA Staff (Retired)Yep, you definitely still will. As soon as we realized there was an issue with the claim message, we stopped it so we could investigate and fix the issue. Once we're sure the issue has been resolved, we'll send it again to everyone 🙂
I'll try to give an update once it's fixed so that y'all know the diamonds are on their way.
I've updated to 1.2 and still no rewards...

Apologies for the delay. The tech issues that happened last week had to due with Update 1.2, so we needed to wait until the newest version went out to all our players. As soon as I get confirmation that the tech side is squared away, we'll be sending out the inbox message again. I'm hoping that it won't take too much longer to get them out to y'all. Again, sorry for the delay!
So what happen with the months of delay on 1000 dia survey? I'm not holding my breath on the new 600 dia survey. Even though I did both survey's to try and help the game.
